Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between All Season Cleaning Solutions and the Client.
Both parties shall ensure that their respective responsibilities under this agreement are undertaken in compliance with all statutory regulations and codes of conduct.
Full payment is required upon completion of work carried out in full. We accept Cash, and online payment only, unfortunately we do not accept payments by Cheques. There is no surcharge for Cash, PayPal. As we frequently enter our customer’s homes or offices and deal with sensitive information.
We require our staff to hold a Basic Disclosure issued by Disclosure Scotland to show that they have no criminal history. These are updated regularly. Please feel free to request a copy of any technician’s certificate at any time for your own peace of mind.
Applicable Law:Unless otherwise agreed, English Law, with the English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it.
Work Guarantees:No 100% guarantee can be given to remove stains & soiling, however I can guarantee that every attempt will be made to remove them using recommended methods of removal, and that the carpet’s & can be cleaned to a professional standard subject to its original condition, we will use all methods available to us, but will not subject your carpet to further damage in trying to remove them.

All Season Cleaning Solutions may add to or alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations or additions will apply to new business but not to existing contracts. Please refer to your copy of these Terms & Conditions
